after reading a recent op-ed i did not agree with there point of view. the op-ed that i read was about how GM, Ford, and Chrysler were ready for a bail out from the government. the author did not want them to bail them out because he claimed it would be a form of suicide for the American automotive industry. I personally do not agree with the author solely because of his tone of the argument. yes, the bailout would save many jobs, and the company going bankrupt would send the American Automotive Industry into a downward spiral. i believe that his choices he made in his op-ed made me not agree with the author. I believe that the way he talked er wrote was condescending towards the reader. i do not believe that he organized his thoughts very well, in turn making his choices ineffective.
